Inkwell(이하 "본 앱")은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 사용하는지를 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
본 앱은 사용자의 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 사진 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 일절 수집하지 않습니다.
작성자에 대한 어떠한 정보도 본인이 직접 기록하지 않는 한 서버에 남지 않습니다.
본 앱은 사용자에게 이름, 닉네임, 프로필 사진 등을 묻지 않으며, 작성된 노트나 그림에는 작성자를 식별할 수 있는 정보가 자동으로 부착되지 않습니다. 만약 사용자가 노트나 그림에 본인의 이름, 연락처 등을 직접 적어 넣는다면, 그 내용은 노트 자체의 일부로 다른 사용자에게 공개될 수 있으니 주의해 주세요.
본 앱이 사용하는 정보는 다음과 같습니다.
1-1. 익명 식별자
- Firebase Authentication을 통해 발급되는 무작위 익명 ID(Anonymous UID)
- 이 ID는 사용자가 작성한 노트의 소유권 확인 용도로만 사용됩니다.
- 이름, 이메일, 연락처 등 개인정보와 연결되지 않습니다.
1-2. 위치 정보
- 사용자가 앱을 실행한 시점의 현재 위치(위도/경도)
- 주변에 남겨진 노트를 검색하기 위한 용도로만 사용됩니다.
- 사용자 본인의 위치는 서버에 저장되지 않습니다. (앱 메모리에서만 사용 후 폐기)
- 단, 사용자가 새 장소(공간)를 만들 경우, 그 장소의 좌표는 다른 사용자가 검색할 수 있도록 저장됩니다.
1-3. 사용자가 작성한 콘텐츠
- 사용자가 직접 작성한 노트, 그림, 텍스트, 장소 이름, 노트 이름
- 모든 노트는 공개 노트이며, 해당 장소 인근의 모든 사용자에게 보여집니다.
1-4. 이용 기록(차단 목록 및 생성 제한 카운터)
- 차단한 사용자 목록: 사용자가 다른 익명 사용자를 차단한 경우, 차단 대상의 익명 ID와 차단 일시가 본인의 계정 문서에 저장됩니다. 이 목록은 본인만 열람할 수 있으며, 차단된 사용자의 기록을 본인 화면에서 숨기는 데만 사용됩니다.
- 생성 제한 카운터: 하루 장소/노트 생성 수 등 남용 방지를 위한 수치가 본인의 계정 문서에 저장됩니다. 개인을 식별하는 데는 사용되지 않습니다.
2. 정보 사용 목적
수집한 정보는 다음 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
- 주변 노트 및 장소 검색
- 사용자가 작성한 콘텐츠의 저장 및 표시
- 작성자 본인 확인 (본인이 만든 노트·장소 삭제 등)
- 서비스 운영 및 오류 대응
3. 정보 보관 및 파기
- 위치 정보: 서버에 저장하지 않습니다(사용자가 직접 만든 장소의 좌표는 제외).
- 사용자가 만든 노트, 장소, 그림은 Firebase Firestore에 저장되며, 다음의 규칙에 따라 삭제됩니다.
3-1. 공개 노트
- 내용이 없는 빈 공개 노트: 작성자가 앱 안에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 내용(그림 또는 글)이 있는 공개 노트: 다른 사용자의 기여가 포함될 수 있는 공유 콘텐츠이므로, 작성자라도 앱 안에서 직접 삭제할 수 없습니다. 삭제가 필요한 경우 아래 10번 문의처로 운영자에게 요청할 수 있습니다.
3-2. 다른 사용자의 공개 노트에 추가한 그림이나 글
한 번 추가된 그림이나 글은 작성자가 앱 안에서 직접 삭제할 수 없습니다. 본인이 추가한 내용임이 확인되면 운영자에게 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
3-3. 장소(공간)
사용자가 만든 장소는 그 안에 노트가 하나도 없을 때만 작성자가 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 노트가 포함된 장소의 삭제가 필요한 경우 운영자에게 요청해 주세요.
3-4. 익명 식별자
본 앱은 익명 인증을 사용하므로 "계정 탈퇴"라는 개념이 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 해당 기기의 익명 ID는 더 이상 사용할 수 없게 됩니다.
4. 콘텐츠 운영 및 신고
본 앱은 익명 사용자들이 자유롭게 글과 그림을 남길 수 있는 공간을 제공합니다. 다만, 다음과 같은 콘텐츠는 사용자 신고나 운영자의 판단에 따라 사전 통보 없이 삭제될 수 있습니다.
- 타인에게 불쾌감, 혐오, 위협, 모욕을 주는 내용
- 욕설, 차별, 폭력적인 표현
- 음란물, 성적으로 부적절한 내용
- 불법적이거나 법령을 위반하는 내용
- 타인의 개인정보를 무단으로 노출하는 내용
- 광고, 스팸, 도배성 콘텐츠
- 본 서비스의 취지에 맞지 않는 내용
사용자는 부적절한 콘텐츠를 발견할 경우 앱 내 신고 기능을 통해 신고하거나, 아래 10번 문의처로 운영자에게 연락할 수 있습니다. 또한 앱 내 차단 기능을 통해 특정 사용자가 작성한 모든 기록을 본인의 화면에서 즉시 숨길 수 있으며, 설정 화면에서 차단을 해제할 수도 있습니다. 일정 수 이상의 신고가 누적된 기록은 자동으로 비공개 처리되며, 반복적으로 부적절한 콘텐츠를 게시하는 사용자는 본 앱의 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
운영자 처리 약속: 신고 또는 차단이 발생하면 자동 시스템이 즉시 운영자에게 이메일로 통보합니다. 운영자는 접수 후 24시간 이내에 신고 내용을 검토하며, 본 약관 위반이 확인된 경우 해당 콘텐츠를 즉시 삭제하고 가해 사용자의 식별자(UID)를 이용 정지 처리합니다. 텍스트 콘텐츠는 게시 시점의 자동 욕설 필터로 1차 차단되며, 손글씨 및 그림 콘텐츠는 데이터 특성상 사전 자동 필터링이 기술적으로 어려워 신고·차단 메커니즘과 24시간 처리 정책으로 대응합니다.
5. 제3자 제공 및 위탁
- 본 앱은 사용자 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다.
- 본 앱은 데이터 저장 및 인증을 위해 Google의 Firebase 서비스를 이용합니다.
6. 광고 및 분석
- 본 앱은 광고를 게시하지 않습니다.
- 본 앱은 분석 도구(Analytics)를 사용하지 않습니다.
7. 사용자의 권리
사용자는 다음의 권리를 가집니다.
- 앱 안에서 직접 삭제할 권리: 위 3번 항목의 규칙(빈 공개 노트, 노트가 없는 장소 등)에 따라 본인이 만든 콘텐츠를 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 운영자에게 삭제를 요청할 권리: 앱에서 직접 삭제할 수 없는 콘텐츠(내용이 있는 본인 공개 노트, 다른 사용자의 공개 노트에 본인이 추가한 그림이나 글, 노트가 포함된 본인 장소 등)에 대해 운영자에게 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 문의할 권리: 본 앱의 데이터 처리에 대해 언제든 문의할 수 있습니다.
삭제 요청 시, 운영자는 본인 확인 절차를 거친 후 합리적인 기간 내에 처리합니다. 단, 본 앱은 익명 인증을 사용하므로 본인 확인은 해당 콘텐츠를 작성한 기기 또는 익명 ID를 통한 확인 등 운영자가 합리적으로 판단하는 방법으로 이루어집니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 회원가입이 없는 익명 앱이며, 사용자의 이름·이메일·프로필 등 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 다만 익명 사용자가 자유롭게 글과 그림을 남길 수 있는 특성상, 부적절한 콘텐츠에 노출될 가능성이 있어 App Store 연령 등급에 따라 18세 이상 사용자를 대상으로 합니다.
9. 정책 변경
본 방침은 법령이나 서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

Inkwell ("the App") respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or photos.
No information about the author is stored on our servers unless the author records it themselves.
The App does not ask you for a name, nickname, or profile picture, and no identifying information is automatically attached to the notes or drawings you create. If you choose to write your own name, contact details, or other identifying information into a note or drawing, that content becomes part of the note itself and may be visible to other users — please be careful.
The information used by the App is as follows.
1-1. Anonymous Identifier
- A random anonymous ID (Anonymous UID) issued by Firebase Authentication.
- This ID is used solely to verify ownership of notes you have created.
- It is not linked to any personal information such as your name, email, or contact details.
1-2. Location Information
- Your current location (latitude/longitude) at the time you use the App.
- Used only to find notes left near you.
- Your personal location is not stored on our servers. (It is held only in app memory and discarded after use.)
- However, if you create a new place, the coordinates of that place are stored so other users can discover it.
1-3. Content You Create
- Notes, drawings, text, place names, and note names that you create within the App.
- All notes are public and are visible to users near the corresponding place.
1-4. Usage Records (Block List and Rate Limit Counters)
- Blocked users list: When you block another anonymous user, that user's anonymous ID and the block date are stored in your own account document. This list is visible only to you and is used solely to hide the blocked user's entries from your view.
- Rate limit counters: Numbers such as daily place and note creation counts are stored in your account document to prevent abuse. They are not used to identify you personally.
2. How We Use Information
The information collected is used only for the following purposes:
- Searching for nearby notes and places
- Storing and displaying content you create
- Verifying ownership (e.g., deleting your own notes or places)
- Operating the service and responding to errors
3. Data Retention and Deletion
- Location information: Not stored on the server (except for the coordinates of places that users have created).
- Notes, places, and drawings created by users are stored in Firebase Firestore and are deleted according to the rules below.
3-1. Public Notes
- Empty public notes (with no content): The creator can delete them directly within the App.
- Public notes with content (drawings or text): Because they are shared content that may include contributions from other users, the creator cannot delete them directly within the App. To request deletion, please contact us at the address in Section 10 below.
3-2. Drawings or Text Added to Other Users' Public Notes
Once added, drawings or text on another user's public note cannot be deleted by the contributor from within the App. If you can verify that you are the contributor, you may request deletion from the operator.
3-3. Places
A place created by a user can be directly deleted by the creator only when it contains no notes. To delete a place that contains notes, please contact the operator.
3-4. Anonymous Identifier
Because the App uses anonymous authentication, there is no concept of "account withdrawal." When you delete the App, the anonymous ID on that device can no longer be used.
4. Content Moderation and Reporting
The App provides a space where anonymous users can freely leave text and drawings. However, the following types of content may be removed without prior notice based on user reports or the operator's judgment:
- Content that causes offense, hatred, threats, or insult to others
- Profanity, discrimination, or violent expressions
- Sexually explicit or inappropriate content
- Illegal content or content that violates applicable laws
- Content that exposes others' personal information without consent
- Advertising, spam, or repetitive flooding
- Content inconsistent with the purpose of this service
Users who encounter inappropriate content may report it through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting the operator at the address in Section 10. Users may also use the in-app block feature to immediately hide all entries from a specific user from their own view, and can remove blocks at any time from the Settings screen. Entries that accumulate a threshold number of reports are automatically hidden, and users who repeatedly post inappropriate content may have their access to the App restricted.
Operator's Commitment: When a report or block is filed, an automated system immediately notifies the operator by email. The operator reviews the report and takes action within 24 hours; if a violation is confirmed, the offending content is removed and the offending user's identifier (UID) is banned. Text content is filtered by an automatic profanity filter at submission time, while handwritten and drawn content cannot be reliably pre-filtered due to its data characteristics, and is therefore handled through the report/block mechanism and the 24-hour review policy.
5. Third-Party Sharing and Processing
- The App does not sell or share your information with third parties.
- The App uses Google's Firebase services for data storage and authentication.
6. Advertising and Analytics
- The App does not display advertisements.
- The App does not use any analytics tools.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights:
- Right to delete content directly in the App: According to the rules in Section 3 (empty public notes, places without notes, etc.), you can directly delete content you have created.
- Right to request deletion from the operator: For content that cannot be deleted directly within the App (your own public notes that contain content, drawings or text you added to other users' public notes, your own places that contain notes, etc.), you can request deletion from the operator.
- Right to inquire: You may contact us with questions about how the App handles your data.
When you submit a deletion request, the operator will verify your identity through reasonable means (such as confirming the device or anonymous ID associated with the content) and process the request within a reasonable period.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is fully anonymous with no sign-up, and does not collect any personal information such as name, email, or profile from users. Because anonymous users can freely leave text and drawings, there is a possibility of exposure to objectionable content, and the App is therefore intended for users aged 18 and older, per the age rating on the App Store.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or service. Any changes will be announced through the App or this page.

Inkwell(以下「本アプリ」)は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、関連する法令を遵守します。本ポリシーでは、本アプリがどのような情報を収集し、どのように使用するかを説明します。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、お名前、メールアドレス、電話番号、写真など、個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。
作成者に関するいかなる情報も、ご本人が直接記録しない限りサーバーには残りません。
本アプリはユーザーに名前、ニックネーム、プロフィール写真などを尋ねることはなく、作成されたノートや絵に作成者を識別できる情報が自動的に付与されることもありません。もしユーザーがノートや絵にご自身のお名前や連絡先などを直接記入された場合、その内容はノートの一部として他のユーザーに公開される可能性がありますのでご注意ください。
本アプリが使用する情報は以下のとおりです。
1-1. 匿名識別子
- Firebase Authentication によって発行される ランダムな匿名ID(Anonymous UID)
- このIDは、ユーザーが作成したノートの所有権確認のためだけに使用されます。
- お名前、メールアドレス、連絡先などの個人情報とは結び付けられません。
1-2. 位置情報
- アプリ使用時の 現在地(緯度/経度)
- 周辺に残されたノートを検索するためだけに使用されます。
- ユーザー自身の位置情報はサーバーに保存されません。(アプリのメモリ上でのみ使用され、その後破棄されます)
- ただし、ユーザーが新しい場所(スポット)を作成した場合、その場所の座標は他のユーザーが検索できるよう保存されます。
1-3. ユーザーが作成したコンテンツ
- ユーザーが本アプリ内で作成した ノート、絵、テキスト、場所名、ノート名
- すべてのノートは公開ノートであり、該当する場所の近くにいるすべてのユーザーに表示されます。
1-4. 利用記録(ブロックリストおよび作成制限カウンター)
- ブロックしたユーザーのリスト: 他の匿名ユーザーをブロックした場合、対象ユーザーの匿名IDとブロック日時がご自身のアカウント文書に保存されます。このリストはご本人のみが閲覧でき、ブロックしたユーザーの記録をご自身の画面から非表示にする目的にのみ使用されます。
- 作成制限カウンター: 1日の場所/ノート作成数など、不正利用防止のための数値がご自身のアカウント文書に保存されます。個人を特定する目的では使用されません。
2. 情報の利用目的
収集した情報は、以下の目的にのみ使用されます。
- 周辺ノートおよび場所の検索
- ユーザーが作成したコンテンツの保存と表示
- 作成者本人の確認(ご自身が作成したノートや場所の削除など)
- サービスの運営および不具合対応
3. 情報の保管と削除
- 位置情報: サーバーに保存しません(ユーザーが作成した場所の座標を除く)。
- ユーザーが作成したノート、場所、絵は Firebase Firestore に保存され、以下のルールに従って削除されます。
3-1. 公開ノート
- 内容のない空の公開ノート: 作成者はアプリ内から直接削除できます。
- 内容(絵または文章)のある公開ノート: 他のユーザーの寄稿が含まれる可能性のある共有コンテンツであるため、作成者であってもアプリ内から直接削除することはできません。削除をご希望の場合は、下記10番のお問い合わせ先まで運営者にご連絡ください。
3-2. 他のユーザーの公開ノートに追加した絵や文章
一度追加された絵や文章は、寄稿者がアプリ内から直接削除することはできません。ご本人が追加された内容であることが確認できれば、運営者に削除を依頼できます。
3-3. 場所(スポット)
ユーザーが作成した場所は、ノートが一つも含まれていない場合に限り、作成者が直接削除できます。ノートを含む場所の削除をご希望の場合は、運営者までご連絡ください。
3-4. 匿名識別子
本アプリは匿名認証を使用しているため、「アカウント退会」という概念がありません。アプリを削除すると、その端末の匿名IDは使用できなくなります。
4. コンテンツの運営および通報
本アプリは、匿名のユーザーが自由に文章や絵を残せる空間を提供します。ただし、以下のようなコンテンツは、ユーザーからの通報や運営者の判断により、事前の通知なく削除されることがあります。
- 他人に不快感、嫌悪、脅迫、侮辱を与える内容
- 暴言、差別、暴力的な表現
- わいせつな内容、性的に不適切な内容
- 違法または法令に違反する内容
- 他人の個人情報を無断で公開する内容
- 広告、スパム、荒らし行為
- 本サービスの趣旨にそぐわない内容
不適切なコンテンツを発見された場合は、アプリ内の通報機能をご利用いただくか、下記10番のお問い合わせ先まで運営者にご連絡ください。また、アプリ内のブロック機能を使用すると、特定ユーザーの記録をすべてご自身の画面から即座に非表示にすることができ、設定画面からいつでもブロックを解除できます。一定数以上の通報が蓄積された記録は自動的に非表示となり、不適切なコンテンツを繰り返し投稿するユーザーは本アプリの利用が制限されることがあります。
運営者の対応について：通報またはブロックが発生すると、自動システムが直ちに運営者へメールで通知します。運営者は受付後24時間以内に通報内容を確認し、違反が確認された場合には該当コンテンツを即座に削除し、違反者の識別子（UID）を利用停止処理します。テキストコンテンツは投稿時の自動暴言フィルターで一次遮断され、手書き・絵のコンテンツはデータの性質上事前自動フィルタリングが技術的に困難なため、通報・ブロックの仕組みと24時間以内の確認方針で対応します。
5. 第三者への提供および委託
- 本アプリはユーザー情報を 第三者に販売または共有することはありません。
- 本アプリはデータの保存および認証のために Google の Firebase サービス を利用しています。
6. 広告および分析
- 本アプリは 広告を掲載しません。
- 本アプリは 分析ツール(Analytics)を使用しません。
7. ユーザーの権利
ユーザーは以下の権利を有します。
- アプリ内で直接削除する権利: 上記3番のルール(空の公開ノート、ノートのない場所など)に従い、ご自身が作成したコンテンツを直接削除することができます。
- 運営者に削除を依頼する権利: アプリ内で直接削除できないコンテンツ(内容のあるご自身の公開ノート、他のユーザーの公開ノートに追加された絵や文章、ノートを含むご自身の場所など)について、運営者に削除を依頼することができます。
- 問い合わせる権利: 本アプリのデータ処理に関していつでもお問い合わせいただけます。
削除依頼があった場合、運営者は本人確認の手続きを経た上で、合理的な期間内に対応します。なお、本アプリは匿名認証を使用しているため、本人確認は対象コンテンツを作成した端末や匿名IDによる確認など、運営者が合理的に判断する方法で行います。
8. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは会員登録のない匿名アプリであり、氏名・メール・プロフィールなどいかなる個人情報も収集しません。ただし匿名ユーザーが自由に文章や絵を残せる特性上、不適切なコンテンツに触れる可能性があるため、App Store の年齢制限に基づき18歳以上のユーザーを対象としています。
9. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令やサービスの変更に応じて改定される場合があります。変更時は本アプリまたは本ページにて告知します。
